Tupac Martir is a visual designer and creative director with a varied portfolio of projects in the arts and entertainment international scene. He has provided production design, visuals and lighting direction for Elton John, Beyoncé, Sting & Jon Bon Jovi at Buchanan’s Forever, Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney, Vivienne Westwood, Coachella Music & Arts Festival, the Mexican Telethon and L'Elisir d'amore with Ramon Vargas at the Mexican National Opera House, among others.

His work has been published in major publications, such as Wallpaper* Magazine, Live Design or LSI, and he is well-known for creating unique productions for several art forms, like fashion, music, theatre, opera and ballet. Currently, Tupac is working on projects in the UK, US, France, Japan, Latin America and Russia, as well as creating and directing Nierka – his new multidisciplinary production, which will premiere in London at the Peacock Theatre in January 2012.

Fernando Hernando Magadan is a Spanish dancer and choreographer originally trained as a professional gymnast. Nominated ‘Outstanding Male Artist’ in the modern dance category, at the Critic’s Circle National Dance Awards 2003, he studied at the Royal Conservatory of Dance in Madrid, London Studio Centre and the Central School of Ballet. After dancing for a year in Santamaria Compañía de Danza, in 2001 he joined Netherlands Dans Theater II and Nederlands Dans Theater I in 2004 – where he has worked with renowned choreographers such as Jiri Kylian, Paul Lightfoot, Sol León, William Forsythe, Hohad Naharin, Johan Inger and Crystal Pite, among others.

As a choreographer, he has created and coordinated pieces for NDT’s Switch workshops in 2007, 2008 and 2009, as well as at the Maximun Dance Course of the Nederlands Dans Theater in 2009. At the Up Coming Choreographers programme, he created Shift Key in 2005 and Ever,green in 2007. Close up for the Curve Foundation Dance Company in Scotland, Naked Ape for NDT I, Clocks’n’Clouds for the Cross Connection Ballet Company in Copenhagen and recently Deus ex Machina for the NDT II in 2010. Hernando Magadan also collaborates with the Nederlands Dans Theater Education Department, Creative Laboratories at the Dance Art Faculty of Rome, and at Architanz International Centre for Dance in Tokyo.

Patricia Fernandez is a Communications and Marketing expert with extensive experience in driving effective business development in major blue chip companies and international organisations.

She has a proven record of handling media events with corporate management and Olympic events exposure; a deep knowledge of developing business through strategic relationship management and stakeholder engagement; and a strong international cultural knowledge with established working relationships around the globe with C-level executives, corporate partners, embassies, government agencies and media. Patricia was previously a professional ballet dancer and has a strong passion for art, languages and culture.
